General information: Special edition of the classic Yamasa soy sauce in a practical min ida 150 ml format. Soy sauce produced by Yamasa in "Select Extra" edition. The evaluation of soy sauce is based on the measurement of its chemical composition, especially for amino acids and alcohol content. At the first degree we find the tokkyuu soy sauce, on the second the ikkyuu and on the third (and standard) degree we find the hyoujun. The Japanese association of soy sauce adds two more special degrees above the first, the Extra Select soy sauce which is tokusen, and the Ultra-Extra Select which is choutokusen.
