Tanrei Junmai is the latest Junmai-shu of the house Hakutsuru. Using the finest rice and pure water from the natural spring of Mount Rokko, it is fermented with the unique technique of Hakutsuru as the "Keikai - tsukuri". It is characterized by a soft taste and semi-dry. Can be cosumato with dishes taste light, salty or rich. For example, Tempura, yakitori (chicken cooked on the grill and salt flavored), shabu-shabu, sushi, grilled fish, and roast beef.
