Through a particular process, about half of the salt content is subtracted from the sauce. This is therefore ideal for all those who follow a diet with a reduced salt intake. The natural fermentation soy sauce with 43% less salt, however, has nothing to envy to the original: the unique full taste remains unchanged. In this way it is suitable for a wide variety of uses, just like our most classic product. The sauce is perfect when added as the last aromatic touch to sauces, soups, vegetable dishes or stir-fried dishes.
