To make this tarusake pure and clear, un processed sakes are carefully selected and refined only in the best barrels of sake made with the wood of the part between the nucle and the bark of the trunks of old Yoshino cedars over 80 years old. It tastes delicious and goes very well with sushi, tempura and eel.
