General information:

Soy milk is a beverage food vegetable-based soy commonly spread among asian populations where it can also be a real meal. In the west it is used as a substitute for cow's milk in some diets as the vegan, intolerant to cow's milk protein, lactose and other diets that are deemed healthy.
