Satonoyui tofu is a tofu beautifully smooth and made in Japan with the best soybean seed quality and mineral water extracted from the aquifers of mount Fuji. It's packaged in a food container in the carton to keep this tofu as fresh as possible. Contrary to what you might imagine, in japan the real tofu is considered to be only that is soft and smooth as this, that, hard by the classic shape of the tile is covered with the film, it is a tofu much less valuable.
