The Oolong tea , also called tea or blue tea qing dynasty, is a type of tea. "Oolong" literally means "black dragon". The oolong is a tea semiossidato produced in China and Taiwan. The collected leaves are immediately placed in the processing: and are dried in the sun, shaken in baskets so that the edges of the leaves frantumino. While the leaf is left to dry, turning yellow, the edges become reddish due to reaction of the chemicals released from the leaves during the crushing with the oxygen. Then, the leaves are treated with heat, rolled and dried. According to the degree of oxidation of the leaves, the type of handling which they undergo after the thermal treatment and for the roasting the final that they undergo, you can get oolong tea with very different characteristics.
