Return and refund
You have changed your mind about the products you purchased? No problem: you will have 30 days from the date of delivery or collection of the goods to notify us of your wish to return the product.
Note: it is Not allowed by the law the return of grocery items, the return and refund is applicable only to non-food items.
Remember: whatever method you choose for the return, you will first need to submit your return request servizioclienti@domechan.com
HOW TO MAKE THE PRODUCTS:
You will be able to make products in the following ways:

Shipment of the products to make with the carrier of your choice, at your expense.

Shipment of the products to make with withdrawal commissioned by Domechan in collaboration with a private courier (please note that the cost of the service, equal to 5€ will be deducted from the refund that you will receive the return)

Made in a point of sale
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Send an email with the following details:
- Order code
- Articles by make
- How made to use
Before proceeding with the next steps, please wait for our email return authorization.
THE PREPARATION OF PRODUCTS FOR RETURN
Once you have obtained the return authorization, store the products in their original box and put the box inside a box suitable for shipping, together with a copy of the purchase receipt. You can reuse the box which you have received the products, by removing all the labels, if present, or by covering them with tape is not transparent. Send then the package to the following address:

or wait for the withdrawal of the courier, if you have chosen to make using our transport service.
If you make your products in a Point of Sale, you just need to put the products inside the original packaging and hand it over at the Point of Sale you have chosen, showing a copy of the email that you received at the time of submission of the return, in paper form or digital.
REFUND
The refund will be returned via the same method of payment that you used for the order. If the payment is made by cash, the refund will be made through Bank Transfer to the account indicated by you. Will be reimbursed all expenses incurred for the order, including those for the shipment of the order. If you've made it through the withdrawal commissioned by Domechan, the costs of the return shipment, equal to 5€ will be deducted from the refund.
The refund procedure will start as soon as the goods will have been inspected in our warehouse or by our staff, and will require the time necessary for the transfer of the sum to be refunded.
