The japanese teriyaki sauce is a sauce that stands out from the other sauces for the addition of sake and mirin. Can be used with meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.
Water, soy sauce (water, soy beans, wheat, salt), seasoning, rice (sugar, corn syrup, vinegar), dextrose, sugar, ginger (ginger, sugar, water), salt, onion, flavourings (soya, wheat), preservatives (E202-E211). May contain traces of peanuts and sesame.
