Jar of beans-azuki sweet red-cooked. These adzuki beans are slightly sweetened with sugar and are pre-boiled and ready for use. Usually if you purchased that are not ready should be soaked and then boiled, and the procedure typically would take a long time, and then using this mixture of adzuki beans is a convenient way to quickly prepare sweet fillings and side dishes, desserts. The adzuki beans and red are often eaten in a hot soup with rice cakes kirimochi (which you can find on our shop Domechan) in Japan during the winter months, as the end of a meal or a snack. The most popular types of soup are called oshiruko and zenzai and are often served in tea rooms, traditional and quiet.
