Soy sauce flavored with shiitake mushrooms - 150 ml

This sauce is craft produced by the growers of shiitake mushrooms in Kyushu. Mix thin soy sauce, and the unique taste of the shiitake japanese.
We find perfectly the scent deep and full of shiitake mushrooms combined with a soy sauce and slightly softened by the sugar.
Can be used as the common soy sauce, or to accompany rice, pasta, make sauces or grilled fish.
