General information: "Umasyou" contains a lot of essence of umami, the most natural of 25% more umami and 50% less sodium. This product is a blend of "soy Sauce Bakumatsu", the soy sauce, natural fermentation and a sauce of fish (mackerel) and is odourless and without salt which contains umami, natural, and essential amino acids. The amount of salt per 100 g of soy sauce, a dark routine is 17.5 g, while that of "Umasyou" is 8,75 g.
Consequently, the average consumption of salt is 1.4 g per day.
"Umasyou" also contains peptides derived from mackerel, which help to reduce blood pressure and prevent the acute increase of blood pressure after meals. This product is best for those who need to reduce salt intake. It tastes incredibly decided, even if it only contains 50% less salt.
