The ponzu sauce is a traditional japanese made of soy sauce flavored with vinegar and citrus juice. Ajipon is the no.1 in Japan. Its unique taste will add a wonderful taste to your dishes. The ponzu is great on fish, sushi and as a condiment or sauce, dipping, steak or tofu. This sauce is also a good substitute for soy sauce in view of its low quantity of sodium.
