Of Korean origin kimchi is a traditional dish from Korean made of vegetables fermented with spices; it is, however, an ingredient used in the preparation of other Korean dishes. You can use on grilled meat, chicken, pizza, pasta, noodle, salad and everything you want to give a touch of real spicy!
