The Agar Agar (or Kanten in japanese) is a gelling agent natural that it finds its use more for the preparation of jellies and jams to pastries. This comes in flakes and is completely transparent. Hand-harvest this seaweed is dried completely in the sun and is ideal for vegetarian and low-calorie diets since they do not have any calorie. It is completely transparent, tasteless and solidifies below 25 degrees centigrade.
